Accomodation was easy to locate and had an easy/efficient check in with the reception. The Aircon had already been turned on for us which was lovely! There was free water and slippers provided to keep everything clean. The bathroom has a fairly pungent cleaning smell but that seems better than the other way round and the wet room situation worked fine for us for one night. The location was excellent with a short walk to the port for our ferry in the morning and into Cebu sinulog festivities. This is a simple, clean, useful accomodation which is good value particularly for a night or two.

I will give this place the best grade possible, because it's honest with itself and they do their best to improve, I can see it because all the negative points in their reviews were not the same as the place I found. The rooms are small but really really cozy, furnished in the best way possible for the given space. Room and the bathrooms especially were really clean, they say there's no warm water but in South East Asia this means the water is at a natural temperature (not cold!) and its enough given the outside temperature. AC and fan are both available, free water is also available (its not cold but its still nice). Was a bit surprised that wc and shower are in the same 1m x 1m bathroom but this combination works well somehow.

So clean! Lovely staff. This room is the cleanest I have stayed in The Philippines and the shared bathroom was also clean. The room had a tv with Netflix which was amazing and we were also given ear plugs which was a lovely touch. Walking distance to the port and robins is gallery. We won’t stayed 1 night as needed to stay by the port but this is by far the most comfortable room I have staying in so far.

Cheerful & accomodating staff....request for late check-out @ 6pm was granted for a minimal fee. The family room has a kitchen w/ refrigerator and other amenities. You can cook if you want to. Near to pier for our Dumaguete trip, Magellan's cross, Fort San Pedro & Basilica. Eateries just a walk away, 7/11, LBP, Robinson's Galleria and jolly bee nearby.

I like the location, the design of the room, the comfort and the environment, it's not noisy at night. The free supply of drinking water and the self check-out option.

Room is comfortable and well desgined. Clean towels, tv, and water available. Wi fi worked well. Location is good if you need to be near the port (which was our case), otherwise location is not great for tourism. There are some options to eat and convenience stores nearby. There are really cute cats in the property, I loved them.

This is one of a kind we only stayed for 1 night and asked the staff to keep the luggages for 6 days and the answer was yes Free of charge. Room was comftable , ac worked good and with free drinking water. I would like to mention again the staff , Well done for the good work ,and the way they treat custumors.

Good location for an early morning walk to the port! The bunk bed seemed very weak, I was worried it would break but we did fine. Facilities were good and the staff were nice. A decent place to stay for a night if you’re catching the ferry!
